Course Overview

The professional certification in Project Management which Project Management Institute (PMI®) offers referred to as Project Management Professionals (PMP®) is one of the most important certifications in the project management industry. Recognized and demanded by organizations globally for Project Managers, the PMP certification validates your skills to perform as a project manager, leading and directing projects and teams.

The trade mark of any professional is not academic degree. To acquire and develop requisite skills especially in PROJECT MANAGEMENT is the KEY. Every organization survives by doing projects (collection of works, tasks, activities, etc) and they require skilled professionals to succeed in this projectizied world. During this training, you will be exposed to the various tools & techniques for delivering Quality projects that are within Scope at the right Schedule without Budget Overrun.

Course Detail

The Examination Content Outline is now based on three domains of People, Process, and Business environment whilst the tasks and enablers are embedded across the domains. The Examination is now 180 questions for 230 minutes that is 3hrs 50 minutes and an extra 10 minutes break in between with 60 questions asked for each domain. Be aware PMP is marked based on ones’ proficiency level and 5 out of the 180 questions are pretest and have no score attached to it. Amazingly, access to over 200 cloned PMP questions will be granted to you to prepare and test your readiness for the main examination.

Note: Training with an unauthorised organization places you at a risk of not passing the examination. Hence, the need to subscribe to an approved training partner when making your choices.
