Course Overview

Microsoft Project is a powerful Project Management Information Software for Project Planning, Tracking, Controlling, and Reporting to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. The focus of Microsoft Project software is to allow organizations to effectively manage their programs and projects – regardless of complexity. The software provides end-to-end, real-time visibility of all corporate information to inform portfolio management decisions, determine the correct resources, and ensure individual project teams have the appropriate skills to complete any given project.

Course Objectives

At the end of this training, each participant will be able to use the Microsoft Project Software to:

Prepare Project Plans and Schedules

Create and assign project roles and resources.

Track budget, expenses, cost variances and project changes

Control projects with resources and costs.

Course Duration

Weekday (Option 1) – Monday - Friday Time: 9am - 2pm

Weekend (Option 2) – Saturdays only (for 5 consecutive Saturdays); Time: 9am - 3pm
