Business Analysis is the evaluation of an organization’s needs; followed by the identification and management of requirements to arrive at a solution (PMI, 2014). This Professional Business Analysis certification is the discipline of working with stakeholders to define their business requirements in order to shape the deliverables of projects and ensure they deliver the expected business benefits.

Become Skilled in Business Analysis
Be able to pass the Professional Business Analysis (PBA) credential examination with PMI-USA in the 1st sitting.

Educational Experience :
- A Secondary Degree (High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or the Global equivalent) OR
- A Bachelors degree or higher degree or equivalent global degree
Business Analysis Experience :
- 7500 hours (5 years) working as a practitioner of business analysis OR
- 4500 hours (3 years) working as a practitioner of business analysis
General Project Experience :
2000 hours working on project teams within the past eight consecutive yearsTraining in Business Analysis :
