Primavera is a powerful Enterprise Project Management Software for Project Planning, Tracking, Controlling, and Reporting to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. The focus of Primavera software is to allow organizations to effectively manage their programs and projects – regardless of complexity. The software provides end-to-end, real-time visibility of all corporate information to inform portfolio management decisions, determine the correct resources, and ensure individual project teams have the appropriate skills to complete any given project.
Course Objectives
At the end of this training, each participant will be able to use the Primavera Software to:
Prepare Project Plans and Schedules
Create and assign project roles and resources.
Track budget, expenses, cost variances and project changes
Control projects with resources and costs.

Weekend (Option 1) - Saturday and Sunday; Time: 2 - 6pm
Weekend (Option 2) - Tuesday and Thursday; Time: 5 - 8pm

What is Primavera P6?
Oracle’s Primavera P6 Professional software is the recognized standard for managing large, complex projects. Primavera P6 is used to create and manage project schedules with up to 100,000 activities, as well as manage costs and resources. Primavera also allows you to create custom reports to manage every aspect of your project.
What kind of jobs does the Primavera training course prepare me for?
We train participants working as schedulers, planners, project managers, and executives as well as those looking to transition to these roles. Our students typically work in the oil and gas, chemical, utility, engineering, government, and construction industries.
How is the training related to the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification?
The PMP certification is offered through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and demonstrates a general foundation project management. Our Primavera P6 training includes many of the same project management principles included in PMP training especially relating to schedule management. Training in Primavera P6 is more specific in that you learn how to use the software to create and manage project.
What Certification do I get after the Training?
After successful completion of the training, you will be awarded the course completion certificate.
