We limit the provisions of its capacity/training and development services to employee of corporations, partnership, business and government organization that are either self-controlled or sponsored by respective organizations.
Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to post-pone or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases delegates will be registered for the next run of course.
Cancelling a Training Course
All cancellations must be made not later than 7 working days before the start of relevant Training Course. We will only accept cancellations that are made in writing and calls. If a delegate fails to attend a training course, or a cancellation is sought within the 7 working days prior to the start of such course, full payment will be required.
Prices
The prices quoted for our courses are VAT Inclusive. Please note that the prices do not include any travel, accommodation or living expenses which may be incurred by delegates in the course of their training unless stipulated on the training enrollment agreement and 50% of payment must be done before you can attend the training. We also run and early bird policy for our PMP training of which delegate will get a discount of 7% off the training fee, which elapses two days before the training time.
Re-scheduling courses or exams
Re-scheduling courses or exams less than 20 working days before the course start date is not permitted
Changes to Courses
We reserve the right to change any part of a published course; if this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as the change is known.
We will use all reasonable endeavors to avoid changes of this nature. For any courses which are rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as trainer sickness/course low fill) every endeavor will be made to provide a replacement trainer or to reschedule the course and we will offer delegates as many options as possible to complete their training programme.
For any courses which are cancelled by us the delegate will be provided with a virtual training option where possible however, should this not be an acceptable option for the customer, a full refund will be issued.
Contents of course timetables are intended for general guidance only. Any typographical error including pricing or omission in any website, sales literature, administrative documentation, course materials, invoice, or other documents shall be liable to correction without any liability on the part of us. The original payment was made. Deposits and credit card surcharge and banking fees are non-refundable.
- Non Attendance: Non-attendance of any course for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation with no notice and payment is due in full. Part attendance of a Course is when a delegate does not continue to the full course completion.
In this situation the delegate will not be entitled to any refund for courses or part of course that were not attended, this will be deemed as non-attendance.
- Copyright: All intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of Eco-ways Limited. The Customer agrees not to reproduce, sell, hire, lend or copy the course materials or use them except for the purpose of personal reference.
We warrant that it will not knowingly include any copyright material in its course materials without license or consent.
- Personal Belonging: Personal belonging or items belonging to the delegate on the delegate’s possessions brought onto training courses are the sole responsibility of the Delegate.
We accept no responsibility of the items or any loss or damage that may occur during the course.
- Privacy Policy: Eco-ways Limited is committed to maintaining your privacy and the use of your personal information. If at any stage you have a question regarding the personal information that we hold on file, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will not disclose personal information to a third party organization unless we have your prior consent to provide this or you have opted to allow the use of your personal information. If the request for your personal information is for a legal purpose, this we would class as an exception, but only after we have 100% fully verified the name or organization requesting your personal details. This also applies to a third party training partner who is not contractually obliged to use or sell your personal information with any other companies or partners.
We at no stage will disclose personal credit card account information that is voluntarily provided during a transaction process, may this be by telephone or via our secure web-portal. The exception to this would be if we were to make contact with the credit card company for validation or verification of any transaction process purpose.
It is our commitment not to collect personal information from customers visiting our website unless they have voluntarily submitted their personal information via one of our contact forms that requires information which could be based on an enquiry or to book onto a training course. If you start to complete a contact enquiry form and decide not to finish, partial details are stored from which we may use this information to make contact with you, only to discuss your initial enquiry which was started but not finished. From time to time, Eco-ways Limited may contact you to inform you about a specific training program that is related to your original enquiry, request or training course. IP addresses may be seen by Eco-ways Limited and on some occasions, the providers host name but this information will not disclose your identity. Delegates are not permitted to take any video/photography/audio during the course without prior written consent of Eco-ways Limited and its clients, failure to do so will be considered a direct breach of our terms of business and this matter would be taken very seriously.
